What are my HOA fees?
Annual fees of $100 are due on or before January 31st of each year.
How do I make payments?
You can make payments online through Zelle (Debit) or Paypal (Debit and Credit Cards), or you can write checks to Laurel Creek Home Owners Association, Inc.
Starting December 8th, 2025, you will be able to make payments using Zelle.
What is included in my HOA fees?
Street lights and maintenance of common areas are covered under the HOA.
Any additional activities and improvements will be part of this HOA initiative.
